Head Baker, Dinner Lead Cook, and Lead Bartender need to be in process before any other hire. These three take the longest to find, the longest to onboard, and if they're wrong, they break the operation. Start now.
License Dependency
Bar Cannot Be Finalized Yet
Bar staffing, training, and the service model are all dependent on the hotel/restaurant liquor license classification. Do not hire, train, or build bar SOPs until the license type is confirmed by Vince.
